Premiere Loose Powders

Our Premiere Loose Powders are silky smooth and can be applied pre and post foundation application.  Pre foundation the Premiere Loose Powder can be buffed into clean skin as an oil control primer, perfect combo for oil areas on your skin.  Post Foundation it can be used as a setting powder to lock makeup in place while blurring the appearance of minor skin imperfections. (Available in 3 different shades).

How to Use

Swirl or dab brush to pick up product.   Apply around the nose, t-zone, under the eye baking, and any other area makeup needs to be set for all day wear.  Best used with RCMA liquid foundation, liquid concealer and finishing powder.

Pro Tips:

• For oily skin, apply before and after concealer and foundation.
• Make any lipstick matte and long wear by setting the lipstick with NCP loose powder.
• Apply NCP loose setting powder before eye shadows, blushes, highlighters to help blend out pigments.
